This wine is issued from sloping soils covered with clay and sandstone alluvions. The etymology of the word “Maupague” meaning “giving little”, and the geological nature of the soil has made this property, for generations, particularly well adapted for the culture of the vines. Average age vines 30 years. |

| Maceration and fermentation in stainless steel vats.
Aging in oak casks called “foudres”, according to the provençal tradition, for one year. |
