Geologically recognized in the Côtes de Provence appellation as Sainte Victoire soil. Average age vines 30 years. |

Maceration and fermentation in stainless steel vats.
• 85 % aging in oak casks called “foudres”, according to the provençal tradition, for 12 months
• 15% in new French oak for 6 months. |

| Visual | Nice intense red colour. |
| Olfactory | Very complex nose, which shows the power of “syrah” grape variety. Aromas of undergrowth and crystallized red fruits and leather. |
| Gustative | Tasting advice: This wine needs aeration and should be opened as soon as possible. Best when “carrafed”.
Full mouth, powerful structure. Nice length and finish. |
